My family and I met with Jeremy at the beginning of the summer to begin our new journey into Pontoon Boat Living. My family bought our bow rider from Winnisquam Marine 24 years ago, and after so many wonderful years and memories with that boat, when it was finally time for something new, we knew exactly where we wanted to return to find our family's new oasis. Our boat shopping process began on a Tuesday in July when we walked into the boat room and told Jeremy we were “just looking”—and at the time, we really meant it! From that very first day, there was never any pressure to buy anything. Instead, Jeremy listened to us, answered our questions, and continued communicating with us and giving us resources to help with our search. Over the next several weeks, we toured multiple marinas, looked at all different boats, and talked with several different salespeople. After all of that, when “just looking” eventually turned into seriously looking for our next boat, there was no question—we knew Jeremy was the guy we wanted to work with. Jeremy was nothing but thoughtful, helpful, and resourceful throughout the entire process. He listened to our family's wants, needs, boating style, and family dynamics and directed us to the most perfect boat we could have ever dreamt of. He communicated and collaborated with us week after week and always made us feel like we were a partnership—like we were in this together. We even welcome him to join us for a cruise around our lake once we get it in the water!! Trading in our family boat for something brand new, a completely different style, and vacant of all the memories we had created was an extremely hard decision. Jeremy understood the emotional attachment we had to our old boat while also helping us feel ready to step into this new chapter of memory-making and make the best decision for our family. We cannot thank Jeremy enough for all he has done for us. He has been absolutely incredible throughout this entire experience, and we are so excited for all that this boat has to offer our family going forward—and for all of the new memories we will make on it for years to come! -The Kellehers

We had a great experience working with Jeremy at Winnisquam Marine buying our first family boat. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Being first-time boat buyers, we definitely had a lot of questions (some probably pretty dumb lol), but Jeremy never made us feel that way. He took the time to explain everything and answer anything we asked. We’re about an hour and a half away, and Jeremy even stayed late on a Friday so we could come up and see the boat. Once we got there, he let us take as much time as we wanted looking everything over and we never once felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Throughout the entire process Jeremy was honest, helpful, patient, and did whatever he could to make everything easy for us. We eventually decided to purchase the boat and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying our first one. When the time comes to upgrade or make a change in the future, I have no doubt we’ll be going back to Jeremy. Highly recommend him and Winnisquam Marine!
