Called on a Saturday in an emergent situation. Was told they do not sell parts on the weekend. My family and I are stuck hours away from home. Cannot get back to our dog who is missing us, won't eat or drink (not the companies problem but our situation is already stressful). The lady on the phone was so unsympathetic, and hung up. We are now staying another night away from home, with a trailer on the side of the highway, home- sick kids and a family-sick puppy.

I’m not sure if this place is even still in business. I’ve emailed, called, left messages and never received any response. Seems odd for a place that does sales. In todays world you should be able to respond to an email or return a phone call.
