We had such a fantastic wine tasting experience at Wine Trails! Zaza is so warm and welcoming. We arrived without a reservation and he was happy to welcome us onto the winery and give us a tour! He explained the whole winemaking process to us and offered us some delicious wines and cha cha to taste! He sent us home with parting gifts as well. Zaza has a real love for his craft and a love of sharing it with others, which made this experience so unique and intimate . I highly recommend that anyone in the area visit Wine Trails Winery!

We went there by chance and were warm welcomed. We got a really nice tour of their history and wine making. It was great tasting and really good discussion of what’s important in life, i.e happiness and wine. This is also just worth a stop for having one glass and enjoying the mountains. Thanks Zaza

Very nice evening at Wine Trails. Great wine and delicious food from 2 passionate guys. As a beer brewer I learned a lot from them towards wine and when I return I bring some of my own brews to balance their wine experience. Looking forward to the next visit.

Beautiful setting on Georgia's famous Alazani valley facing Great Caucasus mountains. There is nothing better than enjoy delicious Georgian home cooked food, good wines and stunning scenery at the same time. Definitely recommend!

Nice highway. We took a drive from Tbilisi to Kazbegi using the Georgian Military Highway. It is safe but with heavy traffic. A lot of lorries use this highway to Russia.

Wonderful day at the winery Zara and Micha had a vision and decided to create a winery. There enthusiasm for their project is wonderful. We were fortunate to have a tour round their small winery and the information was great as was the tasting. We were also fortunate to stay for lunch and Micha’s cooking was amazing. Best food we had in Georgia. Don’t eat much before you go. Thoroughly recommended. They also do other styles of tours so I suggest you look at their website.

Stunning place. Zaza and his co-owners could not have been better hosts, with delicious and plentiful food, a tour of the vineyard and the winery itself, and a chance to experience some of Georgia's more unique grape varieties. Definitely check it out!

We had a great holiday with Zaza. He is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to talk about anything. His approach was very flexible, so both he and we included additional things based on our interests. He is punctual and is very free with his time. We learned a lot and had a very pleasurable trip to Georgia. We had Zaza’s Saperavi wine at his vineyard, together with a great meal. I thought his wine was the best one we had on our trip, and we tried a lot of wines!

Reaching here in the middle of a road trip, “Zaza” was a great host who explained all the mastery of Georgian winemaking and let us taste their products while detailing differences between grapes and tastes. I enjoyed every moment here and definitely worth it.

Проездом (случайно) зашли в ресторан Artozani в Телави. Понравилось оформление заведения, меню и ответственный подход к делу хозяина (его имя Лаша). Очень понравилось качество подаваемого вина. За разговором с Лашей выяснилось, что вино он делает сам, и это семейное дело (отец Лаши развивает свою небольшую винодельню). Так мы познакомились с отцом Лаши - Зазой. Заза в дальнейшем провел нам исключительно познавательную и выпивательную (смысл про вино говорить и нормально его не пить??) экскурсию по виноделию и району Телави. В результате Телави (да и вся Грузия) заиграли для нас новыми красками :). Без преувеличения, на таких людях все и держится в этом мире. Тех, кто любит свое непростое дело, и делают его честно, с душой. Всем очень рекомендуем к посещению и ресторан Artozani и винодельню Wine trails. Узнаете из первых рук много нового по виноделию,по истории Телави, а самое главное, получите Море добрых и позитивных эмоций! Желаю этим прекрасным людям процветания бизнеса!
