I had a great time with Wind & Water Experience and my windsurf instructor, Stephane! He was very attentive, kind, and genuinely knowledgeable, with over 25+ years of experience. He was very responsive and it was easy to communicate with him and arrange everything even if it was very last minute. I took 6 hours of private windsurfing lessons with him, and every session was both enjoyable and very helpful. The Punta Paloma beach, where we had the lessons, is very nice as well with multiple chiringuitos nearby to chill and relax! The lagoon by the ocean at the beach provides a great avenue for beginners. I highly recommend Stephane to anyone looking for high-quality windsurfing lessons and a warm, welcoming experience!

But Stéphane is very adaptable and can offer a lot of expertise, flexibility, patience and is keen to adapt to the wishes of the clients. After a short feedback how I would like to have my feedback he respected my wished to that I could concentrate more on the activity. Unfortunately, I couldn't do 5 weeks of surfing but maybe next year I will do some more weeks with him. He is a great guy, tries his best and make also maybe once a small mistake which is human. But he corrected his small mistake and went back to his house to fetch it without distracting it from the activity time. Hi, I did a 4 private Windsurf lessons with Stéphane.
We had a good start. In between we had to improvise due to my injuries before the Surf weeks and the weather. But Stéphane is very adaptable and can offer a lot of expertise, flexibility, patience and is keen to adapt to the wishes of the clients. After a short feedback how I would like to have my feedback he respected my wished to that I could concentrate more on the activity.
Unfortunately, I couldn't do 5 weeks of surfing but maybe next year I will do some more weeks with him. He is a great guy, tries his best and make also maybe once a small mistake which is human. But he corrected his small mistake and went back to his house to fetch it without distracting it from the activity time.

It was a real pleasure coaching you over those 4 weeks. Despite the injuries and the changing conditions, you showed great dedication, motivation, and a strong mindset — that’s what really makes the difference in windsurfing. Your progress speaks for itself, and you definitely have the potential to go much further 💪.

I also really appreciated your openness in communication. It allowed me to adapt the coaching to exactly what you needed, which is always my goal: making sure every session is both effective and enjoyable.

And yes… small mistakes can happen, but what matters is how we respond — and I’m glad we kept everything on track without taking away from your time on the water 😉.

Beyond the coaching, I truly enjoyed the moments we shared both on and off the water. That’s what makes this job special.

Looking forward to continuing where we left off next time — Tarifa will be waiting for you 🌊
