Windsor Wireless absolutely deserves more than 5 stars! I went in thinking my charging port was broken and was ready to pay for a repair. The technician took a look, realized it was just clogged with debris, and cleaned it out — completely free of charge. Super honest, professional, and fast. In a world where many places would’ve charged me for something I didn’t need, Windsor Wireless did the right thing. This is now my go-to spot for any phone repairs. Highly recommended!
First time there, as well as last time there. PK told me they clean PlayStation systems. I took these photos an hour after I picked it up from him "cleaning" my system. The security tag is still on, which means he never fully opened it to do a deep proper clean. Charged me $85 for the service. It was still full of dust, as shown in the pictures. I went back today to get my refund. I declined his offer for him to redoe the cleaning, because if you're not going to do it properly the first time and give me your word that it was all clean and new, then I'm definitely not trusting you the second time. Will not go back!

Without a doubt the best person to deal with in Windsor, took my phone to someone who messed it up and he fixed it right away and took care of us instantly, would recommend this place over anywhere in windsor
