The window installation itself was done well, but the customer service afterward has been very disappointing. We were promised a refund, but instead have been given repeated excuses. Most recently, we received a $500 card that can only be used with the company, which was not what was agreed upon.
Attempts to reach someone have gone unanswered, as no one is returning calls. Due to the lack of communication and failure to honor the original agreement, we are now moving forward with filing a formal complaint and exploring further action.

Windows - MAGNIFICENT
Installation - Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Luis Roldan and his crew were the best we have ever had at our home. (We have flooded twice, with multiple crews in our home.) Best ever experience with contractors, wouldn't hesitate to ask for him again, should we decide to put new windows in garage. They worked nonstop, answered any and all questions we had. During the final walk around, there was nothing that needed to be addressed. Luis showed us every functioning part of the window and how to use it, as well as any issue that could possibly arise. Definitely recommend Window Source and Luis Raldon.
PS. THE BEST CAULKING WE HAVE EVER SEEN, my husband wishes he could caulk like that.

I used The Window Source to replace 2 windows on the front of my house that had failed gas seals. I was not given a hard sell or pushed to replace all my windows. I provided pictures and approximate dimensions and they gave me a quote to match the windows to the existing ones. After agreeing to the price, they sent an expert to do exact measurements and ordered the windows. The delivery time was longer than expected but the Thanksgiving and year end holidays I’m sure had something to do with that. When the windows arrived, the crew came on the day and time agreed, they did a terrific job of protecting my flooring and furniture, answered any questions I had throughout the installation process, and left my home showing no signs of the installation activities except for a beautiful new clear view. I hadn’t realized just how bad my old windows were.
I am grateful to The Window Source. There weren’t many companies that were willing to quote just the two windows, so I really appreciate their willingness to do. small (for them) job!

Great experience from start to finish with Window Source! Edwin and his entire crew were professional and very friendly. They happily accommodated my houseful of dogs, allowing me to move them from room to room while they worked. Edwin showed me the function of the windows and locks, etc. And my windows look amazing!!
