We just had 12 windows replaced by The Window Source on Tuesday. It was a great experience from start to finish. Tony came out to give us a quote at the end of April. He was not pushy and we liked the fact that the pricing for everything was outlined on paper. The installers were quick and efficient. They cleaned up all areas where they had worked and walked us through the house to inspect each window they replaced. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are needing to replace windows. The process was quite seamless. I had called around for estimates for windows. I was referred to Window Source from a friend. These was no pressure to purchase. It was 6 months later when I contacted Window Souurce to purchase the windows from them. It was 6 weeks later after that that windows were ordered and installed. I do believe I will order the next set of windows from them.

I would like to say how happy I am with the beautiful windows that we purchased from Window Source of Atlanta. We decided to go with the premium 9000 series Windows. We have a total of 32 windows in our home. The first phase of 15 windows is now complete and they are gorgeous. The installation crew Vinni, Gleicione and Daniel was very professional. They explained the process and answer any questions we had throughout the day. Vinny would even check in with me from time to time encouraging me to ask more questions if I had any concerns. Recently needed all of my windows replaced in my 4 bedroom house, as they were outdated and drafty. Got several quotes from different places and Window Source had the best pricing for the windows they offered. Mike scheduled the install and kept me updated throughout the whole process. On installation day, Dell and his installation crew arrived and were very professional. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up without ANY mess left behind.
