We have replaced doors and windows throughout our house and are delighted with the outcome. They all look great and are functioning beautifully.. I have not had to use heating or cooling since they were completed! On a recent 38 degree day we didn’t need air conditioning , something we would have relied upon in the past. The service was exceptional at every juncture: staff were polite and friendly and Diane was a splendid organiser!

From first contact Diane has been professional, friendly and helpful. Josh who did our measure was able to provide suggestions which given his experience helped immensely. Then we come to the team of installers; Sam, Jack and Nick who were a delight to have in the house.
We are extremely happy with the product and with the installation work.
Anton, Di , Josh and Sam provided a high standard of service from Anton's initial visit to Sam's installation. Di kept us informed throughout the process ensuring we were aware of any changes ensuring that our requests were included in the final order. The doors/windows have already reduced traffic noise from inside our home and added to a reduction of heat loss. And it is only day 3! Looking forward to more comfortable living with help from the team at Windows Factory.

I’m thoroughly impressed with level of detail, service and professionalism experienced with Windows Factory. The engagement with the project through to revisions was seamless and in liaison and contact with Anton was excellent - always returning calls and understanding exactly what we needed! The installer Sam was awesome, he did the work in a polite and straight forward approach and knew exactly how the concept needed to be completed - small details like finishing touches with reveals to match other windows done before puts Windows Factory at top of the league! Highly recommend WindowsFactory. From the 1st interaction with Josh and Anton, to constant updates and help from Di, to Jack, Sam, & Nick installing my new windows, I couldn't be more impressed. Looks amazing - the guys were terrific. Thorough, friendly, helpful, and were super helpful cleaning up after installation.

I found the team at Windows Factory to be fantastic! Josh and Di were very friendly and helpful and were great to deal with. My builder engaged them when we wanted some double glazed tilt and turn windows for our renovation.
The tilt and turn uPVC windows they provided are awesome! We live under the flight path, and have some noisy street traffic during the day. When the windows were installed, the above aircraft noise become a very low hum, so much so we could watch TV without subtitles in the evening. They also helped us install lovely double glazed French doors at the rear of our house, which are perfect, and help keep the heat out of the house.
We're now working with Josh and Di to get blinds added to the windows. Can't wait for them.

Recently had two French doors installed by Sam and Nick. The guys did an incredible job. They were efficient and tidy with their work.
I cannot stress enough how good the windows are too. The reduction in sound is beyond my expectations and they look brilliant.

I paid more than $4K to replace 2 medium-size windows. WindowsFactory handled installation. I didn't like how the trims and caulking looked. WindowsFactory tried really hard to rectify it. It's ok(ish) now, after they spent quite a few hours on that. Respect for the attitude, although a lesson for me is that it's better to replace reveals as well, to make sure there's no need for wide trims/silicon that looks patchy/out of place.
Windows Factory were referred to me by Plustec, who I contacted to supply quality double glazed windows with uPVC frames for a new backyard office build.
All my interactions with Windows Factory have been great, from Diana who contacted me to organise the job, to Sam who led the installation of 5 windows and 1 door.
Sam dealt with some details that the previous trades had left incomplete with professionalism, and also helpful with suggestions on how to handle the reveals and architraves - which was spot on. The end result looks great!
I'd have zero issue recommending Windows Factory to friends and family, and in fact I intend to contact them first when I look to replace some aging windows and doors on my existing house.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Windows Factory! From the initial quoting to the final installation, the entire process was seamless. Josh was fantastic during the quoting stage, clearly explaining everything and answering all my questions. The installation team was equally impressive, completing the job in just 2 days instead of the estimated 3, efficiently installing 3 large double glazed windows, 3 bathroom double glazed frosted windows, and a lounge sliding door. The quality of the windows and sliding door is excellent, and I’m already enjoying the benefits – they’ve truly transformed our home. A special shoutout to Diane from the admin team, who were instrumental from the get go, from scheduling, to liaising with the delivery guy to invoicing, she was always there to help with any queries.
