Overall an excellent service. The work took place with minimum disruption. The technician Jag worked quickly and safely. Both windows are back to normal and can now be shut with ease. I am very pleased with the work and the price. The quote was for labour, parts, and VAT with no surprises. I would highly recommend this company for window repairs.

Bedroom window jammed shut - wouldn't open. The original installers attended and couldn't fix it. Called Window Fixers, sent them photos and they replied immediately with quote which sounded reasonable. All this was at 10:10 today - Jag actually came at 12:40! Amazing. Very respectful. Took off work boots without being asked and did a great job. Very glad I found Window Fixers

We used this company to fix a jammed lock on one of our UPVC windows in a tenanted flat. The price was much cheaper than another estimate we received. The company were very quick and professional in their communications with me. Availability for doing the job was quick. They communicated throughout on WhatsApp and I was able to send photos easily and receive my invoice by the same method. I paid via bank transfer. It was a breeze from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
