Window Expo Cleveland Reviews

The Wainwrights 2026.10.01

Tommy did a very good job replacing the windows. He worked hard all day but did not finish the job in the promised time of one day and had to come back for another half day. He has done a great job, but I had to reschedule appointments the second day as I wanted to be here. You should definitely be realistic when giving a time-frame. Tommy and Dillan cleaned up very well

Can’t speak about the product but can speak about this driver who caused me to go off the road entering the highway off Royalton road and then proceeded to flick me off because he couldn’t merge over. His lane had to yield and I had nowhere to go with people on the front and back of me. Not sure if you want a man like this coming to your house.

Kerry told me about the showroom here and I am impressed with the fact that there is a place that caters to those of us with irregular schedules.

Window Expo! Two beautiful entry doors and two windows! Mason and Donnie did a hands down top notch job! They were able square up the opening on our back door too! Done in a day and cleanup was “mom approved”!

Steven and the team did great work! They proactively caught an issue of a bee hive by one of the windows. I wouldn't have caught that issue without them. They were able to get the rest of the windows installed and are planning to come back next week to knock out the last once the bees are gone.

Joe was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. His experience and expertise were obvious right away, and he took the time to make sure every single one of our concerns was thoroughly addressed. What really stood out was his attention to detail and respect for our home. He kept the worksite incredibly clean every single day and treated our house with the utmost care. It’s rare to find someone who combines top-tier skills with such high professional standards. We couldn't be happier with his work and would recommend Joe in a heartbeat!

We just had our window installed by Mason and Donnie. What nice guys. Very professional and courteous through with us and our home. Window Expo was competitively priced and good to their word throughout the process. But don’t go by our word alone. We selected them by the overwhelming numbers of 5 star reviews. Now, we are leaving yet another 5 star review. Love this window. Update 8/21/26 We just had our second window installed. These two windows weren’t replacements. They were cut holes in the wall and fully install a window where there was none before. Mason and Donnie did a great job as they did on the last one. Thank you Window Expo.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Joey was our salesman and took care of all the details. The installers, whose boss was Steven, were on time, worked as a team and cleaned up everything when they were finished. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew how everything worked. Would recommend this company to everyone. They had also upgraded our old bathroom into a walk in shower a few years ago which is why we originally got a quote from them. They were winners the second time too. Beth K.

Just had our new entry, storm and patio doors installed by Window Expo. Everything looks and works great. The installation team of Mason and Donnie did a fantastic and highly professional job and did not leave until all of our questions were answered and the work site was clean. If we ever have any future work done, we would definitely request this crew.

Bob Z met with us to give us an estimate for new front and rear doors. Bob did an excellent job explaining the various door types, accessories, colors, pricing, etc. He is extremely knowledgeable about the window and door replacement industry. Bob also shared with us things about Window Expo Cleveland that make them stand out from the competition. We are anxiously awaiting the installation date
