Diana and her team did a fantastic job with our end of tenancy clean. We were particularly impressed with the standard of the kitchen and the bathroom - the oven and hob looked fantastic and brand new. They managed to get marks off around the taps in the sink and everything was glistening again.

We used their weekly cleaning service for the past two years and were extremely happy with it. The cleaner was a lovely lady. She was always punctual, hardworking, and thorough. Our house was consistently tidy and smelled fresh after each visit. We didn’t have to spend time cleaning, which was a huge relief. Communication with the office was excellent. We were always informed in advance about her holidays, which helped us plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we had to stop the service three months ago after moving out of Wimbledon, as they don’t cover our new area. Since then, we haven’t been able to find a reliable cleaner-either the quality of cleaning is poor, or they come once and never return.

Absolutely amazing end-of-tenancy clean. Even the check-out clerk could not fault a thing and throughout the report the comment has been “professional cleaned to high standard”. The whole experience from booking the clean on WhatsApp to the end of the cleaning check was so smooth it’s absolutely the best a cleaning company could achieve across results and service.
Our 4-bed Wimbledon South Park Gardens area 3-storey house was restored to a state that’s much much better than when we moved in, even the cat pee stains fro previous tenants were mostly taken out and the old carpets looked so new we couldn’t believe our eyes.
All hard-to-clean areas were dustless and spotless by end of the day.
Diana and her team were so hardworking and focused I did admire their work ethics and brilliant teamwork and professionalism.
The quote was also the most competitive out of 5-6 I quoted covering both companies recommended by agents and also the list AI (ChatGPT) gathered from highest online scoring cleaning companies from my postcode.
All-in-all the best cleaning company I have ever come across and if you come across them, don’t miss it.

Very poor experience with Wimbledon Cleaning Services.
I contacted this company on the morning of Monday 24/03 to book an end of tenancy cleaning for a 2-bedroom flat. They stated that they were fully booked for the week ahead, but could do the cleaning on Tuesday 01/04.
Wimbledon Cleaning Services emailed me on Monday 24/03 with a quote of £260 and a summary of their terms and conditions. I replied on the same day to accept the terms and conditions and to request that the booking be confirmed. I included a copy of the flat’s check-out report to detail the cleaning which would need to be carried out. The flat needed moderate cleaning throughout, there was nothing beyond vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of surfaces, and cleaning some minor build ups of grime in the bathroom. The job did not include cleaning of any carpets or blinds.
The next day the company emailed me to state that they were cancelling the booking, as they did not intend to carry out a ‘deep clean’ of the flat, and could not commit to spending enough time to complete the job.
In short, Wimbledon Cleaning Services offers ‘end of tenancy’ cleaning, was willing to charge me £260, but subsequently declined my booking on the basis of not being willing to complete the cleaning job to a professional standard.
Contacting this company was a waste of time.

Dear David, we appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify our position. However, we cannot accept your claim that the end-of-tenancy cleaning was agreed upon and that we refused the service without reason. While it is true that you contacted us on 24/3 and we emailed you a quote afterwards, please note that sending a quote does not automatically mean that the work has been agreed upon or that the cleaning has been booked. You responded to the quote at 8.18pm on the same day—after our closing time. On 25/3, at 7.47 am (before our opening time of 9am), we replied to your email. Prior to responding, we carefully reviewed the check-out report detailing the condition of the flat at the end of your tenancy. Unfortunately, the report revealed that the flat was left in an exceptionally dirty state, which is not typical of a well-maintained property. According to the findings from the inventory company, MiServices, several issues were documented, including dust and fluff on all floors, dust on all surfaces, windows, and frames, grime on skirtings, marks on doors and wardrobe, scale, grime, hair, dust, and fluff in the bathroom, grease and dirt on kitchen appliances, among others. The pictures from the report clearly demonstrate the condition of the property. Unfortunately, there is no option to attach screenshots here. Cleaning a property in this condition requires 50–100% more time than initially planned. This type of cleaning is physically demanding, done manually, and progresses slowly. We always arrange a team of two cleaners for end of tenancy cleaning services. However, for larger or dirtier properties, we assign additional cleaners to ensure the job is completed efficiently and to a high standard. On the date we discussed, we did not have the capacity to work beyond our usual hours or to assign additional personnel. For this reason, we emailed you early in the morning, prior to our opening hours, to give you sufficient time to secure another company or cleaners who could dedicate the required time to bring the flat up to the necessary standard. We hope this clarifies our decision and the circumstances surrounding it.
Very good service from Diana, and the cleaner was very kind and did excellent work. Absolutely spotless! I can highly recommend their services.

We hired Wimbledon Cleaning Services for our end of tenancy and professional carpet cleaning.
Booking was straightforward and we received a detailed breakdown of the service. The team arrived on time and cleaned the entire house including the carpets.
The oven ended up looking like brand new. By the time they finished the house smelled fresh and spotless, our landlord was very impressed with their work and we got our full deposit back.
