We had a great experience with Wilson and Sons Roofing. Corey was very easy and pleasant to work with. The estimate process was low key with no hard pressure sales and upselling. Corey answered all of our questions during the initial meeting. He suggested a shingle color that was perfect for our house. The roofing crew came on time and worked diligently until the work was completed. A roof replacement is a very messy process, but the crew cleaned up the premises well. They payed close attention to my landscaping and finished the job with very minimal damage. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent and prompt customer service and communication. No nonsense sales process with a fair price. Locally owned - no private equity or corporate ownership tacking on marketing bloat costs. Work was done quickly and well and clean. Corey, 2nd generation leadership, was great to work with and followed up to make sure we were happy.

Several things to review, first, Corey Wilson communicates well, provides expectations and follows through, we knew costs, things that may occur, and plans when work would start and end, including material delivery, no subsequent damage to home, repairs were made, roof installed, his supervisor Jose kept his team focused, job was completed in one day, follow up cleaning was completed next day. Highly recommend, established family business.

Before you decide to go with anyone else, call Wilson and Sons Roofing. We were initially working with another company and heard about Wilson. They had come highly recommended from a neighbor. I emailed them and got an immediate response from Cory Wilson. He set up the appointment and we had our estimate immediately. Cory continued to communicate with us and was very professional. Next, we met David Wilson, the owner. He stopped by with the shingle selection. It was like we were meeting with an “old friend” we hadn’t seen in a while! David went over all the steps, who would be here, how long it would take, what the expectations timeline would be. Everything happened exactly like he laid out. David came and helped pull everything off the porch and checked to ensure everything was covered before they started to remove the old roof. We were impressed with the size of the traps they put out to catch all the debris. We had seen others in the neighborhood, and hearing neighbors complain about nails all over. Not us!! David came out again, later that day to check on everything. Cory Wilson came later and did a thorough job of checking for any nails or debris that might have been missed. He and his crew also put all our lawn stuff and porch things back in place. Our roof looks beautiful and their service was outstanding. They were very reasonable and I would recommend everyone check with them before they say yes to anyone else. This is a Raleigh born and bred company. You can’t go wrong with Wilson and Sons Roofing .

Our Homeowners Association chose Wilson Roofing to replace all the roofs in our community. When undertaking such an expensive project you want a company that works and communicates well with you, which Wilson did. We were pleased with the job they did. When a couple of minor problems developed, their follow up customer service was excellent. At a time when so many companies are enormous it was refreshing to work with a local, family owned business. From start to finish, Wilson and Sons was professional, knowledgeable, and diligent. Upon a complimentary inspection, they were quick to identify the problem and send over a detailed synopsis. From there, the turnaround time to schedule the repair was rapid. The crew that worked on our roof was meticulous and took the time to not only make all the necessary repairs, but they even fixed small issues they noticed outside of the contracted work. Following completion, their team intentionally reached out to recap the project, provide photos, and bring our attention to other things we’d want to be aware of as homeowners. The entire experience was better than I could have hoped, and I highly recommend trusting Wilson and Sons with your home and giving them your business.
