This review is written by a trio (a bereaved husband and two intimate friends). All three of us are senior citizens so, not surprisingly, we were all somewhat technophobic. After exploring several web sites, we decided to try Willowise. We approached them as a “triple client” – perhaps an unusual challenge for Willowise. At the outset Brock Sheets explained the Willowise program, his manner and approach quickly putting us at ease despite our technophobia. We promptly began the process, Brock guiding us patiently through every step. We had many questions; Brock was readily available, answering every question (no matter how technically naïve) with skill, courtesy and grace and with clear, simple instructions. He also received questions from several of the participants, which he handled easily. The final result was a 2-hour virtual memorial service, adhering precisely to the schedule Brock had promised. Almost 100 family members, friends and colleagues attended. The event was beautiful and graceful, exceeding our most optimistic expectations, and was recorded in full for future viewing by anyone. We recommend Willowise enthusiastically and without reservation.

Brock helped us hold a beautiful virtual celebration of life that allowed my family members from all over the country to easily participate in honoring her with tributes, stories, poems and prayers. Brock and his behind-the-scenes team simplified what could have been a complex event for me to try to do by myself. My late husband did not want an in-person gathering because his family and friends were so dispersed. I was thrilled to find Willowise, and I was not disappointed. I purchased the premium package, and everything came out so professionally. Brock is a superb organizer. He walked me through the steps with patience, understanding and professionalism. The only other virtual memorial I'd attended was a little awkward because people were not familiar with the technology. The Willowise platform solves for that and any other potential hiccup. During times of loss and grief, planning is extremely difficult and without bereavement leave, I was unable to take a break just to focus on memorial arrangements. Without Brock to assist in the organization and planning, I am unsure what I would have done. In the end the online service was beautiful. The format allowed loved ones to express their heartfelt feelings towards my mom and it allows me to keep those sentiments forever. Thanks to Brock, my mom and who she was is immortalized in the service and on the memorial page on the website. In a traditional memorial, only a few people can express their sentiments, but with Willowise, almost everyone who loved my mom got to express what she meant to them in a permanent way.
