I went with her to the showroom and was really impressed by the quality of the wood and the range of styles. I ended up choosing one for my own bathroom too. Installation was easy, it fits perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Worst experience ever I purchased a $1,500 vanity from this place and when it was delivered there were several issues. The countertop sold to use would not work with the vanity due to the way the drawers are designed. You would think the sales associate selling the items would know this. Secondly, when delivered it was missing the hardware for the vanity. Lastly, when delivery was set up there were no questions asked about if the vanity needed to be carried up stairs. We paid the $150 delivery fee expecting that this would cover carrying up to the second floor. Oh no, that just covers carrying it into your garage/first floor. Its another $100 to carry it up one flight of stairs. Then when trying to speak with a manager, they are not available and out of the office on this day. Would never recommend anyone spend a dime in this place.

I purchased my double Malibu in Pewter Green online this summer. It was a risk to me, since I never saw the actual product. I can’t express how happy I am with it. The vanity came in time and so carefully packed! My husband is a carpenter and he mentioned it’s a very well made piece of wooden furniture. The electric power point for toothbrushes in the bottom drawer was a surprise and I love it. It’s painted with more care than our kitchen. Hardware fits nicely our faucets. I absolutely recommend this company. Their customer service team was also very nice! I hope they are appreciated by the management.

We just purchased two vanities from Willow Bath and Vanity and the team there has been absolutely fantastic! They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their pieces are absolutely stunning. After dealing with a big home renovation, we were thrilled to find a vendor that was so easy to work with. My brother also purchased his vanity from Willow and he and his wife absolutely love it as well. We will not shop anywhere else. Thank you guys for all the help!

I was shopping for 3 new vanities for my home. Walked in and was excited at the showroom when first walking in. There was a lady at the front desk she then made a phone call. I continued to walk around 2 minutes turned into 30 minutes. No one ever came to help me. No price tags on the showroom floor so you need assistance asking questions regarding price and the tops for each vanity. I even came back to the from of the showroom for a few minutes No one ever showed up so I left. I suggest going to Bathroom vanity outlet just down the street. They have much better customer service and options to personalize your order. Lesson learned just because the decor is nice doesn't mean they are worth spending money at. Work on your service next time guys.
