Willmarth Property Services is run by a very knowledgeable professional. They cut your grass the correct height and vary the direction of cut. This is very important around this area with tall fescue grass. The result: Our lawn is healthier than ever and looks fantastic when they finish. Highly recommend them!
We had Stephen Willmarth come by our place last year because we noticed him doing a good job with our neighbor's property. I spoke with the neighbor first and he had a glowing review of Willmarth. We are not a few month's in to having Stephen oversee our property's turf management. He manages our fertilizing and herbicides, fungicides, etc. on a routine schedule and mows the grass weekly. What stands out with Willmarth is a thorough and quality job done every time. Whenever he comes by he is friendly, waves, and leaves an after report in your email to confirm the treatment/service. He takes care of your property with full respect and has given us the most personalized care we've ever received from any competing companies in this industry.
