Zero Stars: The worst experience I've ever had in my 63 years. this is a place that just wants to get as many people through as they can. Went in for a cavity, got through the xrays and scanning. Got the shot, hurt because they didn't wait for my mouth to numb. Numbed again and waited longer, then the shot, still hurt. Then the doctor left, gone, for 30 minutes, nothing, no one came in, nothing. When the doctor did come back, the shot had worn off. That was all I could take. Left.
Stay away from this place.
I had such a great experience at Willis Family Dental! The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the visit feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The new dentist was fast, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The dental hygienist was also super nice and did an excellent job—very gentle and thorough. Amazing staff and Dr. !!! Will definitely come back every time it’s needed and definitely recommend this dentist office in Willis !! As always so genuine and cares about the patients.
