Both our bathroom overflowed and we contacted them to check it out. The first person who came out for the consultation was on time, very nice, honest and professional! He told us we had a clogged and asked about our septic. Told him that it pumped in December but he show me a picture that the septic tank itself was not pumped. Without his help we wouldn’t have known and it would’ve been bad. The 2nd person that came in was always very polite! Called in advance to notify how far out he was. Came in, informed me about the process and got the job done! He also made sure everything was set before leaving.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The technician assigned to my water heater did not perform any troubleshooting; instead, I was simply told that the company does not service units over six years old. Had this policy been disclosed when I booked the appointment, I would not have scheduled the visit. Despite providing no actual service, the company is still demanding a diagnostic fee. This was a complete waste of time, and I do not recommend their services.

Our technician did inspect the water heater and found that it is approximately 15yrs old with visible corrosion and an active leak at the T&J valve. Due to the age and condition of the unit, it is no longer considered serviceable or safe to repair, which is why replacement was recommended rather than further troubleshooting.
That said, we understand your frustration regarding expectations for the visit. After reviewing the situation, we have already waived the service fee as a gesture of good faith, and we also attempted to reach you directly to discuss this further.
We always aim to be upfront and provide honest recommendations that are in the best interest of our customers’ safety and long-term reliability. We would still be happy to speak with you and see if there’s anything further we can do.

We had sewage backing up in both bathrooms. We called the plumber after trying to auger the drain pipes. Justice said he could not recreate the problem, to call drain dawgs if it continued because they’re better at drains. He told me he couldn’t fix the tub drain top on the bathtub either. That the entire shower and bath unit would need to be pulled out and the entire pipe replaced. Then he charged me $50. As soon as he left the sewage backed up in the bathroom. We called a different plumber who hydrojetted the lines and said there was definitely a clog. That fixed it temporarily so then I contacted Roto Rooter to put a camera in, he located the issue in the front yard close to the city line. Metronet put their line through our drain pipe. So the pipe was broken and the mud kept filling the hole and backing up. This guy didn’t offer to investigate or look in to it at all. The bathtub train top was also replaced, along with the toilet wax ring. I didn’t have to pull anything out.

Josh was able to find a leak and repair what was leaking into garage, requiring new piping. Instructed to leave cut plywood down for couple days—removed wet insulation and totally fixed issue
Few days later kitchen sink backed up requiring heavy machine to “chop” or push clog out. Again, excellent service! Would only recommend Wild Water Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber
