Snowmobile tour was good, however be careful of their timetable. They have so much stricter “Rules”. I DO NOT RECOMMENT BOOKING IT IN ADVANCE unless you are 100% sure on your schedule. Any small delay (even if mentioned in advance) and they refuse to include you in the tour or make any kind of arrangement and make you pay for a completely new tour. If the tour is at 10 for example be there at least at 9:20.After 9:30(9:31) you will not be allowed in the tour. Safest is to go there and book it physically.

Firstly, apologies for our delayed response. Secondly, thank you very much for your detailed review and the valuable points you bring up.
We would like to note, that the reason we have such a strict meeting time policy is to ensure all our customers get the maximum time on the snowmobiles. If we have late customers arriving it interupts the pre-tour information being given, including the insurance information, getting dressed in the appropriate clothing and receiving the driving instructions - all super important components of the tour. Accomodating for late arrivals means the guide often has to repeat this information and thus delaying the tour start time and therefore having a detrimental effect on other customers joining the tour. I hope this explains the reasons behind our strict arrival policy.

We booked a two hour snowmobile tour and it was fantastic. Benoit will definitely be the nicest frenchman you will ever meet in your life. it was so nice listening to him telling about the area of Levi and what it’s all about, not the usual tour, very personal and kind!
We can recommend the tour 100% and make sure you ask for Benoit 🙂

Roman was an amazing instructor. We had a fantastic time exploring the Arctic forest with decent amount of driving on multiple terrains and breathtaking views. Would definitely recommend!

I did the 1-hour snowmobile tour with Wild Nordic and had a fantastic time! The route was scenic enough, the pace was well-balanced for beginners and more experienced riders alike, and the overall experience was seamless from start to finish.A big shoutout to our guide Asen—he was incredibly professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. From the safety briefing to the actual ride, he made sure everyone felt confident and comfortable. You could tell he knew the terrain inside out, and his calm, clear guidance made the whole experience both safe and fun.Asen’s attention to detail, patience, and easygoing attitude really elevated the tour. Would highly recommend Wild Nordic, especially if you’re looking for a well-organized and enjoyable snowmobile adventure.

We had a great experience with the snowmobile and very friendly service. Our guide, Matt, was really friendly and gave us a good tour around the forest by guiding us on a snowmobile ride.

During the snowmobile tour with Matt everything was great. However, one day before I scheduled the tour at the information center in Santa Claus village and they agreed to pick me up one hr before the tour at my chalet. Well, that time arrive, they called me and they said they can only pick me up at the reception of the main office which was at the city center. I was 4 kms away from the city center. It turned out for me the need to request a taxi to go the Wild Nordic office where the tour starts. Pretty bad communication from the girls who sold me the ticket, bad experience.

Michael was awesome! He made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed even though the whole group hadn’t gone snowmobiling before.
