Super recommended! Their cars are great quality. Their pricing is honest and straightforward and they give you the option to decide for the full insurance package (very affordable) and going with your credit card insurance (if available). Paola, one of their staff is mega friendly and gives you lots of tips. I'm sure that next time to CR, I will go with them!

Had a great experience with them, rented a Suzuki Jimny 4x4, car was as described and had zero issues. Pickup and dropoff to airport really close. Would defo recommend!

Great, this is what a perfect car rental looks like! I can't find a single detail that could be improved on "Wild Rider". We had the car rented for 15 days, it was in perfect technical condition and was waiting for us perfectly clean. The amazing thing is the pick-up from the airport and after returning the car back to the airport - no waiting for the shared shuttle bus to fill up - Wild Rider will come (individually) right for you. Clear insurance conditions, no hidden fees on site, flawless communication by email / WhatsApp even before arrival. We received a map in the office and Alvaro gave us valuable advice and recommendations for interesting places along the route of our round trip. We recommend Wild Rider 100% to everyone.

Recently my friend and I rented a car from Wild Riders. The staff was professional, courteous and extremely helpful in their advice on where to tour, driving routes and important information on Costa Rica driving. Best of all were there rental rates. The best company to rent a car. The staff is professional extremely knowledgeable and friendly in helping you plan your driving trip and assisting you in any way they can. The rental rates are very reasonable and the car was in excellent condition their customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend this company
We had a great experience from beginning to end. The rental process was very easy, communication was fantastic the entire time. They picked us up at the airport as part of the service, and instructions for where to meet were perfect. The Jimny 5 we rented was perfect for our family of 3. It was in great shape, and was very easy to drive everywhere. It did great on dirt back roads and allowed us to discover some amazing places. I will rent from Wild Rider again next time we come! The included cooler and beach chairs were very helpful! We also opted for them to come pick up the vehicle from our hotel in San Jose and it was very much worth the small extra charge.

Wir haben für unseren Urlaub einen Hyundai Tucson bei Wildrider angemietet. Das Fahrzeug wurde uns kostenlos zum Aufenthaltsort im Zentrum gebracht. Die Übergabe verlief einfach und der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Änderung (1Tag Verlängern) war problemlos möglich.
Bei einem Problem während der Reise wurde uns umgehend geholfen.
Der Hyundai war allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bremsen sollten mal gecheckt werden, das Licht war mangelhaft (nix für CR bei Nacht) und für Costa Rica fehlten ein paar PS.
Der Preis war günstig und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Fahrzeug kann man sich ja auch selbst an der Station vorab ansehen.
Daher gerne wieder!

My experience was very good, at arrival they took time to explain every detail, the shop has water and coffee complementary, they gave us a treatment that felt personal, they even have a shower in case you going to the airport straight from a long drive. Very good overall, 5 stars well diserved.

Von Anfang bis Ende eine absolut unkomplizierte, professionelle und freundliche Abwicklung. Alle Zusagen wurden eingehalten. Auto in einem top Zustand, keine versteckten Kosten und es gab bei Übergabe des Wagens sogar noch tolle Tipps entlang unserer Route. Toll ist auch, das die gesamte Kommunikation auf deutsch erfolgen kann. Wir waren schon oft in CR und haben Erfahrungen mit diversen Anbietern gemacht aber dies war bisher die positivste. Ergo buche ich Montag wieder für Februar unseren Wagen bei Wild Rider.

Our experience with Wild Rider was excellent from start to finish. The vehicles are modern, clean, and safe. They come equipped with the right tires for Costa Rica's bumpy roads.
We really appreciate the honesty and transparency of the company. There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. Everyone we met and worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and had high integrity.
