I’m new to purchasing and I just received my card. I placed my very first order here and I’m very pleased with the service. The quality is great and delivery was prompt. I order the Mimosas Pen which I thought it would come with a charger also the Lemon head cartridge which I didn’t know that I needed a special pen for this thread.
I have only tried the Mimos pen it’s helping me get through the day without drowsiness and helps my spasms. Once I buy the pen for my cartridge I will try it out, I’m sure I’ll love it as well.

Ordered a few things from this place a MONTH ago and I have yet to receive any updates. There has been 0 communication on when the package was supposed to be delivered until USPS randomly sent me an email to tell me that the package had been returned to the store because "The addressee left no forwarding address" when I most certainly still live here and they have successfully delivered in the past. The package was also labelled as "Addressee unknown" so I can only assume there was an issue with the shipping label, since the order confirmation had the correct name and address on it.
I tried reaching out to the help email in the order confirmation, no answer.
I tried reaching out to the *different* email listed on their website, no answer.
I tried calling both numbers on their website; one didn't let me leave a voicemail, and the one that did has been left unanswered for weeks now.

I have ordered from Simply Crafted at least two times before, and I usually had the product shipped to me. No issues with previous orders.
Recently, I placed an order on Tuesday, April 7 for in-store pickup and received a receipt immediately, but no other communications, they haven’t even confirmed my order. Nobody answers the phone and it doesn’t have voicemail set up. Nobody has responded to the email that I sent asking about my order and nobody has responded to the text I sent to the number that never picks up.
I guess I’ll just pop in on Monday and see if this location still exists? If I can’t get any answers, then the next step is to contact my credit card company for fraudulent charges. I will update my review if anything changes.
EDIT 4/13: received a text this AM stating an email had been sent on 4/7 that my email was ready for pick-up. The email address was wrong. I pointed that out and received another text about 3.5 hours later that said "It is the one that was provided at the time of the order..." Not sure how that is possible as I have ONE email and it's the receipt only. No other emails (I checked spam as well).
So bottom line, terrible communication and hit & miss customer service. Not great considering this is product I can get elsewhere. If you are going to be this bad at customer service, you need to have product only YOU can provide. Dispensaries for recreational use are open, and there are many cannabis shops around the Twin Cities. Upgraded to 3 stars since I've never had an issue when I order for delivery.
