Want to give a shout out to Scott Barlow and Randy Adams in the Service Department. I had a repair done to my Jeep Compass by a local mechanic and had a grinding noise once the repair was completed. Local mechanic told me that the noise would go away once I got a 4 wheel alignment. I called Whitten Service and Scott told me I could drop my jeep off to have an alignment done. While doing my alignment the technician, Randy discovered that the brake backing plate was bent into my rotor which was causing the noise and fixed it for me. You wont find many mechanics around who would fix another's mistake. Thank you Randy! Scott kept me informed the whole time my jeep was there. I dropped it off around 9am and was told that the work should be completed around 1pm, so I was very surprised when I got the call from Scott letting me know that my jeep was ready for pickup at 11:30! Overall excellent customer service and quick turn around time! Learned a lesson and will definitely be taking my jeep there for future service needs!

I picked up my 2021 Atlas three weeks ago. Since I’m not driving it to work every day, I waited until I hit 500 miles before writing this review.
Overall, I’d give my experience an 8.5/10. Willie was very nice and helpful. I had already decided on the Atlas before arriving, so he didn’t have to do much, but he was great about letting me bring my dog along during the process.
That said, here’s why it’s not a perfect 10:
The night I brought the car home, I noticed one of the LED running lights was out (I didn’t catch it during the daytime at the dealership). I’ll need to get that fixed. Also, the brakes have started squealing already, so I’m taking it in to have them checked.
Overall the Atlas drives very well and you can tell the last owner definitely took care of it. Just disappointing I’ll have to throw a few hundred into it already.
Edit 4/20: I got a call just now, they’re going to fix my headlight and look into my brakes to make sure they’re good..
Very awesome of them to do this!!! Changing my review from 8.5 to a 10 and five stars!

When folks are nice it makes a difference! While using the convenience of the EV Charger on site I was treated to the kindness of the Whitten Brothers staff. They kind and welcoming and even offered me a snack and water. Kindness goes a long way in this world and I will definitely remember Mr. Jeremy Munoz as he offered great customer service and earned my recommendation to others looking to buy a car in the future!

Recently purchased a 2026 Ram 1500 from Jason at Whitten in Ashland VA. He went above and beyond to find us the truck we were looking for.
We drove over 90 minutes to get to the dealership and when we arrived he had all 3 motor options pulled up front and ready for us to test drive. He was knowledgeable, patient and very easy to work with.
He even washed the truck himself because the dealership didn’t have anyone there to do it so he took it upon himself to make sure the truck was clean when we drove it off the lot.
Hands down best experience we have had with a salesperson. If you are looking for a new ride ask for Jason at Whitten Brothers Ashland.

Nick greeted my fiancé and I promptly when we were interested in a used Jeep Wrangler. He was professional but did not make us feel pressured. It took us 4 days to decide and not once did we feel any pressure from Nick. Unfortunately, Nick was on vacation when we were available to come back, but Tom was awesome as well!
