I didn’t even know where to start. Emilie was professional, kind, and so easy to trust. I felt like she instantly understood what I needed. The systems she created have truly changed how I live day to day. I finally feel like my home supports me instead of draining me. I love working with Emilie! She listens to what the client wants and needs, and then works with them is a way that meets their goals, at a pace that they are comfortable with. She is lovely to work along side with, taking on as much or as little of the organizing/heavy lifting that you want. She has a great eye for style and what will work best, in terms of organizing of one's home. At the same time, Emilie is excellent at making use of what you already has, so you don't spend unnecessarily. My house felt overwhelming at times prior to Emilie helping me. Now it feels peaceful and organized. I love that I can quickly tidy my entire house, because everything has a place. Emilie is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her in a heart beat!

When I moved into my new place, figuring out where to put everything became the thing I procrastinated about because I didn’t know where to start. Emelie has been a god send because the thing I dreaded the most she basically took off my hands. She helped me unpack the things I had in storage for months, figure out what I wanted to keep and what I didn’t and really sort the best way to store everything in a clean, uncluttered and logical way. Whenever I got overwhelmed with the size of the job I was able to take a break and she just kept going. I can’t believe the thing that stressed me the most brought her satisfaction and joy and she just took the stress away. If you need anything organized, unpacked or reset please don’t hesitate to call Emilie. She literally takes a weight off your shoulders. If I could give her more stars, I would.

I found Emilie through a friend who had transformed her home. I could feel a completely different energy in my friend’s home (think peace and tranquility) and I knew right away that I wanted to hire Emilie. The state of my home was stressing me out. I had tried so many times to re-organize, tidy, de-clutter on my own, but I would inevitably become overwhelmed. I didn’t know what I was doing. Emilie made this process so much easier. She has a systematic way to help you de-clutter, categorize and then she designs an efficient storage solution based on your personal needs. As I started working with Emilie, I realized I was getting so much more than a home organizer. She completed re-organized my closets, drawers and cupboards. She also researched storage solutions and sent me links for storage baskets, etc. which made purchasing them so easy. The unexpected but highly useful parts were Emilie’s tips on how to get my family involved with keeping the house tidy, and ways to SUSTAIN a clutter-free home. She was more like a home organizer coach who was passionate about empowering me to be able to eventually do this on my own. This has probably been the single most important investment into my well-being and the well-being of my family. My household is so much more efficient now. I am so happy to have learned these skills, and even happier still that I will be passing them onto my children. Tidying the house is so much easier now because everything its place. Thanks to Emilie, home has become my sanctuary.

Emilie leads by example. She is passionate about decluttering and organizing and it’s contagious! Before working with Emilie, tackling the clutter in my home seemed insurmountable. I would start working on an area, get exhausted after a few hours and eventually give up. Now my entire home feels more peaceful. I also know where everything is! Her guidance has changed my spending habits completely. She helped me change my mindset around impulse purchases and buying things I think I need. I now carefully consider what I am bringing into my home and question if we need it. She encouraged me to let things “sit” in my shopping cart and most times I won't purchase these items at all. When we weren't working in person she drew up plans for the best use of my spaces and researched functional storage options. She took all the measurements to ensure proper fit. It was as simple as clicking a link and having them delivered to my home. I loved her attention to detail! Throughout the whole process, Emilie was thoughtful and personable and had such a positive outlook. I felt I could finally get through all the stressful clutter that had been a source of anxiety for me for years. My husband had just passed away after a long illness. I knew the state of my home was negatively affecting my state of mind but I just couldn’t get motivated. I felt overwhelmed and contacted Emilie of White Space Organized who had been highly recommended. Emilie was very sensitive to what I wanted to hold onto. She never pushed me to get rid of anything I didn’t want to. She helped me go through years of paperwork and whittled it down to one box of legal files, wills and tax information (all neatly filed) and one drawer of ongoing paperwork. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. She brought a sense of calm to my guest room, living room and kitchen too. The most positive thing she brought to the job was her personality. My office became a junk room. I couldn’t even fit my desk and chair! Emilie worked with me, at MY pace, to clear the clutter. She listened, observed and was incredibly patient. The end result was beautiful. It felt so good I could cry. I was able to arrange my office the way I wanted with well-organized, office cabinets and clear FLOOR SPACE. For weeks after, I kept looking into that room to admire the work we had done. I no longer shut the door in shame. The transformation of my closet has been night and day. I worked with Emilie to virtually declutter and organize my unconventional closet which was bursting with clothes. I used her recommendation of the “Marie Kondo” style fold and I love it! Our clothes stay organized. She improved the placement of not only my clothes, but all the items in my closets throughout my home. Everything flows better. She is so talented at what she does and I felt great during the process!
