I have attended both the appliance installation course and the domestic appliance repair course and both were excellent. Steve takes you through each point for repair and installation and allows ample time for questions and queries You also get to take away a comprehensive folder with everything that is covered to allow you to go back and read through any points you are unclear of (I found this very helpful) The tests are easy to access and you are provided with a certificate upon passing that you can keep for your own records Finally the aftercare is great, Steve and Ethan have both been excellent in post workshop questions Overall 10/10 highly recommended

Fantastic course!!! Very in depth, hands on course by Steve. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learned so much. The fact that every day you are breaking down machines and testing its components made it very easy for me to learn. If you have and aspiration or interest in white goods or being a white goods engineer this course is a must. Cant recommend enough!! Top class stuff

Every day was a learning day, the team at IWGE led by Steve were brilliant. Their training facility is the perfect place to learn. The course was really well structured and included a lot of hands on time with a full range of White goods. All in all I would fully recommend this course, it's really given me a opportunity to begin my career in domestic appliance repair.

I completed the 224 Consumer Electrical Repair course last month and I really enjoyed the experience. the course is very detailed and you work on a variety of appliances. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and ensures you understand the current topic before moving on to the next. He is approachable and nothing is to much trouble. i would definitely recommend this course to anyone who wishes to follow this line of work.

What can I say apart from what an excellent well structured course. Someone who has no prior knowledge will come out with everything you should know to become a fully qualified engineer. A big thanks to Steve, Andy and Callum who answered, and taught me everything there is to know. No questions will be unanswered. Also had a great bunch of colleagues on the course who I wish them all the best of luck for the future. If you want to become a white goods engineer I highly recommend this course, well worth investing in.

January this year did the course “224 consumer electrical appliance repair &servicing with the White Goods Training Academy” Working in a great team of friendly and helpful people, also remote training via zoom which was interesting but seemed to work well. Steve was very knowledgeable and was Always happy to answer any questions we had, as never done anything regards to machine repair apart from taken things apart and then attempting to put them back together (everyone does lol) I have learnt a lot from this training and hope for the future of my repairs take off in the future.

Excellent course. Being new to white goods and was looking for a career change I came across this course when searching and seen the great feedback they received not like other training centres I stumbled across which were on the low side. Glad I booked as it was perfectly run and taught by Steve Andy and Callum. All approachable if any issues with not understanding and very knowledgeable and experiencied people within the trade. 5 stars for me. 👍

On the10th January 2022 I started course 224 consumer electrical appliance repair &servicing with the White Goods Training Academy. Steve runs this course, he is very knowledgeable and experienced engenieer. I have learnt a lot from this training. If anybody is considering career change I would highly recommend this course.

For those who want to start a career in this field, it is the best start, even for those who English is not their first language, it gives you the opportunity to learn the knowledge needed to enter this profession.
