Todd and Tyrone did a great job. I had a very heavy (300 plus pound) fire pit table that needed to be moved and assembled and my husband and I could never have done it on our own. They were very professional and thorough, they even connected the propane tank and showed me how to operate it. I would hire them again!

Zack worked at my property, and I’d hire him again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend this company. Zack was meticulous, respectful, creative in the way he made repairs, and it is nearly impossible to tell that repairs were performed at all. In a time crunch where I didn’t have bandwidth to oversee the work constantly, Zack was self driven and did a great job. 5 stars for white glove.
While it took a little time to connect on the front end, I was overall very happy with the work White Glove completed in my home. Todd, my technician, answered all of my questions, arrived on time each day, communicated clearly, and left things tidier than when he started. I will call them again.
A friend recommended White Glove Home Improvement (WGHI) in Woodinville for a project to change door hinges on interior doors. I updated the door handles, and managed to change the hinges on two doors (one door was fine, but the other needed adjustment) before raising the white flag and calling in a professional. Door hinges are trickly and are best left to a professional.
My experience with WGHI was positive from the point of contact to the completion of the project. Kudos for a well- designed website and employing specialists for different types of jobs rather than offering generalists only. One of its specialties is door installations and adjustments. Perfect.
The person who prepared the quote responded within a day or so of my inquiry and answered all my questions. The quote was less expected and the work was completed ahead of time, an added bonus.

We have used White Glove for about 5 years. Michael just spent a week here at our home taking care of our to-do list. He was meticulous with attention to detail, and communicated with us every step of the way. His work was excellent! He always arrived on time. Michael is now our go-to person whenever we use White Glove.
Major Update-
I wrote this previous review before they sent me an invoice that was $2,000 more than the initial estimate for a variety of minor house fixes. There was absolutely no transparency or warning. They brought it down to $1,500 which still feels far fetched and they didn’t even adequately address our concerns in the crawl space which was the biggest project. $4,500 for minor house repairs is insane! We got our entire 3 car garage dry walled and painted for $3900. I requested a receipt, which I still have not received and I do not plan to pay the balance until they do so.
Tyrone from White Glove was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a long list of fixes around our new house and he was extremely knowledgeable and executed them all with high proficiency. I am very grateful for all of his help to make me feel more comfortable as a first time homebuyer. I’d definitely recommend White Glove to my family and friends!
Derek did a fantastic job. He replaced a shut off valve under the kitchen sink, installed an adapter for the ice maker line, replaced a dimmer switch and cleaned the dryer valve all in 2 hours. I used these guys a few times and they are great every time!
Our condo association contracted with White Glove. For us, bathrooms, smoke alarms, etc. Zack worked quickly yet gladly replied well to our questions. We did check his work and were that pleased. Zack finished ahead of time that we truly appreciated. On a different note, we received the bill for labor (does it mean there's another bill for parts/materials?).
We needed our front door repaired after the fire department needed to make an emergency entrance. We had looked at replacing the doors, but that would have been very expensive. We decided to try White Glive after recommendations from friends. We had been told to ask for Johnny, specifically. Absolutely the right choice! Johnny spent a full day on his original visit and came back to do some minor tweaks to make it perfect, at no difference in cost from the original estimate. Thanks to Johnny and White Glove! We will be repeat customers!
John repaired a damaged portion of our roof professionally and in record time, better than new. Also re-routed the downspout gutter so the damage would not happen again. Left thr work area spotless. Will use WhiteGlove again and ask for John!
