Worst management i have experienced. Do not be fooled by the recent positive reviews. They deserve less than 1 star.
Adam is just full of lies and tricks, we had an event in July and have been trying to get the deposit till today and its all just lies and lies. He doesnt answer calls and wont respond to texts. The receptionist are also just liars, spoke to Malik but also empty promises.
His staff are aware of his tricks in avoiding to pay people back their money. They will give you excuses upon excuses.
I have now reported him to the police and seeking legal action, as im tired of playing chase trying to get back $3000.
AVOID THIS HALL AT ALL COST.
Doha was the person incharge of the decoration on our event, every time we met she would ask us what we had chosen. Even after sending her pictures of what we wanted she ended up setting up the wrong decoration, we had to get Noura to fix it on the day of the wedding. This place is just jokes poorly run, if you dont want headaches as you plan for a wedding then avoid this place.
