Whiskey Skies Worst EVER!! I had previously ordered a small tee. When it was delivered it was too tight across the bust. Based on his tight it was I ordered a large. The large was delivered today & it was HUGE. I went to start a return to exchange for a medium & my return request was rejected. In al of my many, many years of shopping Whisket Skies Boutique is the absolute WORST!! There are many great boutiques out there! Don’t go with this one. They seem to make up policies as they go. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! There loss…I spend lots of money on clothes!!

The automated return portal rejected your request because returns are only accepted for items in brand-new, unworn, unwashed condition, complete with original factory-attached tags. Judy Blue Flares I received my Judy Blue Flares jeans with boot stitching on the cuffs and they are very comfy and fit well. I had to wear my cowgirl boots with a little bit of a heel so they wouldn't drag on the ground since I'm only 5'3" but I still love them. They came in a cute package and the shipping was relatively fast. Thanks so much!!

Love “Me” Some Whiskey Skies I do not have anything negative to say about Whiskey Skies! Yes, I have ordered a couple things that have either been too small or too big. I have easily sent them back and received the size that fit me best! They are very quick to respond to emails and helped me several times with a few things. For items market final sale I have also purchased tops that were to bug- but I gifted them. The sandal's I bought didn’t fit right and those will be gifted. I’m thankful that Jo and her staff are so quick to respond and to ship items that are purchased!

Horrible service Needed to exchange 2 items for different size. Paid shipping to receive them. Would have to pay shipping to return and then pay shipping to get new sizes. Over $25 in shipping costs. I reached out and the own said thanks wish you the best. I have shopped a to. Of boutons they are by far the worst

ONLINE BUYERS PLEASE READ. I placed my first order and added re:do, as peace of mind, since clothing varies drastically by brand and I was buying all new to me brands. When I received my order 1 pair of pants didn’t fit and all 3 of the shirts I ordered fit differently - 1 was tight, 1 was extra roomy and the other fit perfectly. The shirts were on sale, so I decided to keep them (it wasn’t worth the trouble to find something else, since store credit is all you get). The size jeans I needed showed in stock online, so I emailed to get an exchange started using re:do. The exchange would not allow me to order the size I needed, even though it was available to purchase, so after some emails I was told to purchase the correct size and they would refund me once th jeans were received. Great! I placed an order and returned the pair, a week later I received a refund for the first pair of jeans (I had used a first time buyer coupon), not the 2nd order and none of the shipping on the 2nd order was refunded. I was lead to believe the 2nd order would be refunded (only logical given it was a work around for an EXCHANGE), but making a few extra bucks is more important, so I want to make sure future shoppers know before buying. I would never recommend buying online unless you are 1000% sure of the size you need and you won’t need to exchange anything. I wish I had read other reviews before buying. Lesson learned!

I ordered jeans and immediately reached out to CS to see if they could expedite ship them to me so I could have them in time for an event I was attending in a couple days. They responded right away, expedited the shipping for me, and the jeans got here in time! Not only were the jeans great, but the customer service was wonderful too. So happy with the overall experience!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have tried for days to return a couple pair of jeans I received as a Christmas gift. I keep just being told to use the link to start the return process by someone from their customer service team, which it takes 24+ hours to ever hear back from them. The link just tells me it’s too late to return but their team says I still have time. I am getting zero assistance to this problem!

Received my order damaged and missing an item. I have written them 3 emails since receiving this item early last week and have not yet heard back from them. I would not do business with them as they do not seem legitimate. I will also be filing a better business bureau complaint about this order.

I ordered a pair of boots on 12/19/2023 based on the positive reviews from this company which boasts a flexible return policy. The boots did not fit. When I tried to initiate a return, I was told the sale was “final.” I was unaware of this at the time of purchase, or I would not have purchased them. It does not say anywhere on my invoice that this specific purchase was a final sale. How can a company make footwear a final sale? Obviously, footwear sizes and shapes vary from company to company. The representative I spoke with named “Stephanie” was indifferent and lacked empathy during the call. She begrudgingly stated that I could return the boots at my expense and receive “store credit” from them although this was not their “normal procedure” and made it sound like they were bending over backwards for me. Since I cannot wear the boots, I spent almost $20 to send them back. As an owner of a small business myself I am disappointed at how I was treated. After my conversation with “Stephanie,” I do not wish to purchase anything further from this company. I simply just want my money back from a pair of boots that did not fit. Apparently, that is too much to ask from Whiskey Skies. My advice is to steer clear of this company and buy elsewhere from a company that actually cares about their customers and deserves your good hard-earned money.

Hi Laura! The reason they are final sale is because they are our last few and on sale, even if they are footwear. We made these final sale on Black Friday. On the product page it does note it in yellow RIGHT above the add to cart button that this is a final sale item. I am sorry that you overlooked that message. "Stephanie" is really Stephanie and she is sticking to our store policies, which I am sure as a small business owner yourself, you can appreciate staff that follow through with policies. We did try to work with you and made an exception even when you overlooked the final sale. I am sorry we fell short of your expectations. All our return policies state we are not responsible for return shipping. We do offer re:do which is hassle free returns on items that are NOT marked final sale, if you opt to add that at check out. I am so sorry that you were not able to read our policies, failed to read these were final sale on the product page.

Cannot get anyone to respond after 4 emails about a exchanged item. Just want to know if the item has shipped but no one will respond. I guess I'll need to call the credit card company to refuse the charges. Not a good way to treat a customer that has already paid. All I want to know is the shipping date!
