My experience with Joel was a positive one. We have a toddler, two dogs, and white carpets so you can imagine the struggle. We got our carpets cleaned about a year ago by someone else because we had some pet and food stains we couldn’t get up. They said the stains couldn’t come up and we would have to replace the carpet. They also left a crunchy residue on the carpet. We lived for about a year with stained carpets that we thought couldn’t be cleaned. Enter Joel. He was direct in his communication and efficient with scheduling. He had availability and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. He works quickly and ended up doing our cloud couch and two rooms. Stains are gone, no residue on the carpet- they’re soft and white again. It took about 24 hours to fully dry but it was no problem since we only did one floor of the house. We decided to book Joel every 6 months. Highly recommend!

Joel called before he arrived. Explained costs involved and was very professional. I was ready to pull carpet out within a couple months bc of pet stains, but now that it’s been cleaned by Joel Wharton, I can wait a little longer! Very happy with the results!

The nice gentleman came all the way out to Scottsdale, AZ for my appointment… The appointment process was super easy, just made a call and it was reserved. I got to choose from a selection of dates/times but I went with Friday at 10am, and the results were amazing! I got the entire 800 square foot apartment done and added on the Pet and Odor neutralizer… 10/10 results and the smells is very pleasant…. very worth it! Best part is he was done in less than an hour… very beautifully done. THANK YOU!!!

We called for a quote, and he showed up when he said he was going to, and went the extra mile with some tape residue stains that our carpet had, which we didn't really get with the previous vendor.
