I have been with West Willow for over a decade. I loved Dr Ray and trusted his opinion. I felt he was conservative when recommending work, which is what I want. I have not been happy with all the changes at the office. It used to be quiet, now it’s frequently busy. I used to know exactly who I was getting, now I haven’t had the same dentist see me or my kids in over a year. I’ve also had different recommendations for fillings from different dentists. Basically I don’t really trust them anymore. I loved Dr Ray and am sad he retired. I feel bad giving an office I used to like a bad rating, but it is likely we will look for a new dentist where we know who we’re getting when we walk in the door.
I was a former patient here. Anytime they did work on my teeth. The sensitivity got worse now I can barely eat. I went through so much pain here that was so unnecessary. Do not bother going here. All they care about is a way to make money off for you now I have to go through so much pain for no reason I had to go through an unnecessary surgery because of the doctor needed it I have so much sensitivity in my teeth now that I can barely eat they were supposed to make it better not worse. Any procedure I had done with Doctor Exrohpe She was extremely rude and any procedure I had done was so painful and all she did was yell at me
Am always very happy with the care given here. Very professional and happy team. They are also very honest, I had pulled out a crown chewing toffee while I was out of the country for two months. I brought it in and they cleaned and sterilized it and put it back in the same day I had a cleaning scheduled. They could have very easily uncharged me for a new crown.

Pam did a remarkable job cleaning our teeth more comfortably than we’ve experienced elsewhere. Dr. Anthony Brucci is warm and caring, with an attitude of protecting our teeth as well as our budget, not just adding on services unnecessarily.

First visit to West Willow Family Dental of Wheaton was a positive experience. The front desk staff, the hygienist Kim and doctor Baker were friendly, caring and professional. The clinic is clean, state of the art , bright and welcoming. Kim explained everything that was going to take place during the initial visit. Dr. Baker is knowledgeable, thorough and committed to the clinic’s mission of proactive and preventative dentistry. First time a dental cleaning was pain free. I’m actually looking forward to visiting the dentist after this visit.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for general dentistry. From the first phone call, to getting a tooth extraction, they were easy to speak & work with. And made a concerning experience much smoother. The two that worked on me in the room helped me stay comfortable throughout the process. 10/10.
