We have used Westway IT since 2014 to look after all of our IT and security for my business Greenwoods Residential Sales & Lettings and our staff of 6 at our office in Kingston upon Thames. Without doubt John has continually had our back over all those years, keeping our data safe and remotely backed up, upgrading our computers, our software and being on hand to support us with our day to day issues. Westway have clearly grown well over the years and now there is a very experienced team of software engineers available to provide expert support and we look forward to working with Westway IT for many years to come. First Review - I have been with John at Westway IT since he first set it up around 4 years ago when he started on his own, John is responsive to all of our needs and extremely timely with advice and follow ups. This year we replaced 4 of our desktops, screens and desk mounted stands and John not only got a really good overall price but he set the machines up before shipping to us and once connected to the network he then personalised them for each desk. Myself and the team at Greenwoods Residential could not recommend Westway any better. Westway IT are the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce managed service provider after moving from a different supplier. John has been exemplary in his service delivery and support for the Chamber which has a diverse set of stakeholders. The migration went surprisingly smoothly as some inboxes were very large, old and had complex folder structures. John is also community spirited attending several local networking groups and is active in the local Cheltenham tech/digital ecosystem. John recently volunteered at a Cyber and AI bootcamp helping 16-18 year old students with work experience. I would recommend Westway IT as a local service orientated MSP to any business but particularly the SMB community.
