Westside Pools, Spas and Saunas installed our pool back in 2012 and the experience was fantastic. Troy, Cassie and their team worked closely with our builder to ensure the outdoor living area flowed perfectly into the pool space, and everything came together seamlessly. More than a decade later, their service is still just as impressive. Recently Troy repaired the drain cover after we accidentally broke it, and Cassie made organising a time quick and easy with excellent communication. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers a great result but also continues to provide such reliable and responsive service years after the installation. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them.

This is our second pool built by Leisure Pools Melbourne West, and I must say, Troy and Cassie have been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Cassie's support with documentation and applications was exceptional, making what was a difficult situation with easements, council bureaucracy, and our house builder dying a smooth and straightforward process. Meanwhile, Troy's team operates like a well-oiled machine, demonstrating professionalism and an attention to detail that is truly second to none. It's rare to find such a reliable and dedicated team. Great business backed by even better people. Highly recommend!

What a team! Western Pools and Spas was recommended to us by a friend who services many of their pools. We had our handover for our pool today and from the minute we enquired, Troy, Cassie and their team have been absolutely phenomenal. Their transparency throughout the whole process in terms of timeliness, costs and requirements is second to none. We had no hidden costs, were advised of the access challenges (and associated costs) from the get go and in such a short space of time we have an amazing pool that sst eithin our budget. Every tradesperson that entered our yard was professional, tidy and respectful, answering my 100+ questions. We could not recommend Troy and the team enough to anyone who may be considering a pool. Cassie and Troy were great from the moment we spoke over the phone to the very end. Very grateful to have our pool handed over before Christmas after having the dig start December 2nd. Great communication from Cassie all the time. Great trades and labour. Troy is easy to communicate with and very helpful. Happy to answer all my questions after having no idea on how to look after the pool. Highly recommend. Many thanks guys.

Great experience with Troy and Cassie, but the proof was in the pudding when three different trades people with pool experience commented that it was one of the best fiber glass installations they'd seen and asked me for the pool company. Looking forward to the summer season now!
