On Sunday night in dangerous blizzard conditions, I was driving my 90-year-old father in his car when the electrical system failed. We coasted out of immediate danger, but needed help quickly. Fortunately the Westside team did a great job for us. Tim the tow driver was fantastic--communicated, showed up promptly, quickly hooked up the car, and gave us a ride to safety. The mechanics diagnosed and repaired the problems by mid-afternoon the next day, and promptly provided a ride to pick up the car. They also noted and repaired a few other key items, all at a fair price. I would definitely deal with them again, but hopefully on a warmer day!
Called in a AAA service, had a flat tire with no spare. Nate from Westside called with an ETA, arrived on time, filled the tire, assessed the damage, and then followed me to the dealer since his next appointment was in the same direction. Wanted to give a shout out to Nate!

We were stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and Ryan came out and was very helpful and nice to us and did an amazing job. We are so proud of him
