West side replaced the driver side headlight on my Ford Explorer. That is a major job on my Explorer. It involves removing most of the front of the vehicle.They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. The next time my Explorer needs repairs I will return to West side.

I had the oil filter assembly replaced, a long with front axle seals, a rear axle seal, and both front axle U joints. Aside from a couple of hot walks back home from dropping the jeep off everything is great. The U joints must have been real bad because now it drives smoothly. They said a couple days, and that's what it took. Very happy. Took the jeep to Marquette mi for a 5 day vacation, listening and thinking something might arise with it, but drove smoothly without a glitch. Matt and Megan were very pleasant to work with. Thank so much.

The online appointment was easy and they replied immediately to confirm. I was able to get my car in the next day! We walked in the next morning and were happily greeted, spent a few minutes talking and left. We were able to pick my car up the same day! The communication and photos were great in allowing us to ask questions and know that the work was in progress. Pick up was easy as well. We will definitely used Westside Service-Zeeland again!

Recently started bringing our Mazda here and so far have been pleased with every job. The first time I called the car was undrivable, they were able to get it in first thing next day to diagnose the issue and get the ball rolling for repair. They’ve done brakes all around since then and the car drives great. They keep you well informed about your vehicle and they don’t try to oversell(!!)
