I brought my car here because I was experiencing pulsating brakes and also had a loose right-side torque mount. To be fair, they did repair the torque mount issue. However, the main reason I brought the car in was the brake problem.
After performing a diagnostic, they told me they could not find anything wrong with the brakes, but said my brake pads were around 30–40% and recommended replacing both the front and rear brakes for about $1,000.
Since the pulsating brake issue wasn’t resolved, I decided to get a second opinion from another shop. The second shop charged about half the price for the brake work and, more importantly, identified the actual problem: a faulty brake hose that was causing the caliper to lock up, which explained the symptoms I was experiencing.
I was disappointed that the main issue I brought the vehicle in for wasn’t diagnosed during the inspection. Instead, I was recommended an expensive repair that didn’t address the real problem.
Based on my experience, I would recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to major brake repairs here.

When the vehicle was initially brought in, the concerns noted were clunking and rubbing noises. During our inspection and test drive, we did not feel or note a brake pulsation at that time. However, we did observe that the brake pads were nearing their service limit, which is why replacement was recommended as preventative maintenance.
After you later asked about a pulsation concern, we explained that worn or uneven brake rotors can commonly cause that symptom. Because we were unable to duplicate the pulsation during our test drive, our recommendations were based on the condition of the components observed during the inspection.

Extremely disappointed with the inconsistent service and lack of professionalism. I had a terrible experience with my vehicle. Despite the inspection, important issues were not mentioned, which resulted in financial losses. I had to take my car to another shop to get it properly fixed and receive a thorough inspection.
