We're sorry to hear the app didn't provide the experience you expected. We also understand your concerns about the oil leak photo. Our technicians document the condition of the vehicle during the inspection process so we can clearly communicate what they find, and we're always happy to answer any questions about those findings.

We do see that a TPMS check was included as a recommendation on your digital inspection while your vehicle was in the shop. We understand it would have been helpful to discuss that recommendation further, especially while you were here, and we'll use your feedback as an opportunity to continue improving our communication.
