They took 3 days from ordering new transmission to installation which was amazing! They followed up to make sure I was happy with the results and answered my questions pertaining to smoke and smell the two days following- saying some fluid may have dripped onto heated areas and needed to burn off.

The guys at Westside are phenomenal. I’ve been taking my truck to them for years, and they always do an excellent job. They’re honest, tell you what you need/what you can wait on, and go above and beyond to make it right for the customer. They help me keep track of what’s been done and what’s coming up. Even after moving 40 minutes away, I still make the drive back. Well worth it.
