We refused and called Triple AAA from a fellow employees membership and he arrived in 14 mins and had the job done in 10 mins. Westerville Locksmith still charged us $30.00 for his arrival. I called the company the very next day expressing my disappointment and she said she could not find the order?? Phone number, time of evening, description of the vehicle. She hung up on me and never called back. Do not use this company as they are crooks!!
