Wishing I could give zero stars!! Absolutely terrible!! No follow up, wound vac requested by the doctor. Here we are 6 days post surgery and it's just now being ordered with arrival in 3-5 days. Evaluating nurse was nice but had poor infection protocol.Touched her phone and didn't reglove before dressing the wound. Staff is very difficult to understand.
Stay away from this POS service!!
Choucokri Ward is excellent. Very informative and professional. She is always in great spirits no matter what the weather is. She is very compassionate with my Mom.

Hello, let me tell you ever since ever since I was introduced to West West Coast wound and skin care I've had nothing but good luck these guys are wonderful they are the best they're always pleasant they come in and do what they gotta do that they they then they pretty much go but they're very pleasant they're very nice they're very everything they're very thoughtful they're very caring you couldn't get a better person I recommend them highly thank you West Coast

My husband has been dealing with Lymphedyma for 8 years it a deep open wound that is deep and takes up almost his whole calf we have tryed at least 12 or more agency's over the years here in San Diego . None of them have provided the care and success that West Coast has provided The scheduling staff are very nice and a pleasure to speak to But my biggest compliment must go out to Amber my husbands wound care nurse . Amber is the most pleasurable , knowleheble, detailed, informative, caring nurse we have had in all 8 years we have been dealing with my husband wound . She takes her time to make sure all of his wound needs are done properly . From unwrapping , to cleaning , medicating. ,rewrapping she takes the time needed to properly care for him and his wound . And I have to say a pleased to say his wound is almost completely healed. It has never looked better. Amber is a great asset to represent West Coast ,Always dressed neat,wearing a beautiful smile I think she would make a great supervisor and train all the nurses in proper wound care. Thank you

After five months of treatment, my relative's dermatologist informed us that she could not address the type of wounds that my relative had. She referred us to the "specialists", West Coast Wound Care.
West Coast had a PA come out once to evaluate, photograph and treat the wounds and we never heard from the company again. I have tried numerous times to get a call back from someone at the company. They have actually ghosted me. Unheard of and unprofessional. In the meantime, my relative's wounds are not being cared for.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care I received from my wound care nurse. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure my healing journey was as smooth as possible during one of the most difficult times of my life — my cancer diagnosis and recovery.

Every visit, she made me feel like family while maintaining the utmost professionalism. My dad Jimmie wound care nurse Julie Carrillo took good care of my dad for months she made sure he had all the supplies ordered before she would leave and she healed all the wounds she always made sure it was clean and no infections my family thanks you so much
