This is a horrible business, I'm not sure why there are any, much less many, five star reviews. I could go on and on about our bad experiences, but everyone's experiences can be different so I'll give you two pieces of information that may help you in making your decision.
One, we prepaid for their services and ended up going to a different orthodontist to finish my daughter's braces because this one was so intolerably bad - yes, we paid double just to not have to go back here ever again.
The challenge, as I'm learning and wish I knew before we prepaid, is that there are two main orthodontists associated with this establishment, but it's a side business for both of them. One has their primary practice in Fishers, the other in Lafeyette. So not only is this place severely understaffed, but the primary orthodontists you would want to work with are rarely there. Which means everything falls on their staff. And they've taken on way more patients than they can handle, so seemingly every appointment is at least an hour wait past your appointment time because they're so backed up. And we all know what happens when you overload support staff - they end up frustrated, rude, and rushing... which leads to all sorts of other problems. On our last appointment, the assistant was literally running back and forth between two patients in two chairs, and that was an hour and fifteen minutes past our appointment time. Is that really want you want to be dealing with? Rude, unfriendly, burned out staff... no availability to see the orthodontist themselves... and every appointment to take up to two hours in the middle of the school/work day? There are SO many other orthodontists i the area, do yourself a favor and pick any of them.
Never ideal to have an ortho emergency on a Friday afternoon (especially when most offices in the area are closed) but if you do, call West Clay Orthodontics! I had a bonded retaining wire break loose and they were able to see me within an hour and get it all repaired! Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff (shoutout to Izzy!), and great prices!
Doctors and staff are so professional. Office is modern. Thank you to Izzy for great service. Definitely recommend

We have had a wonderful experience here! The doctors are expert, fun, and kind; the support staff all friendly and so helpful—far beyond the call of duty. My son wore Invisalign, my daughter wore braces, and we are thrilled with both experiences and outcomes The location was convenient for us. I just can’t imagine a better experience anywhere. Ten stars!

Best experience ever! I’m super happy with my new smile ! Very professional job, great treatment, they were always attentive throughout my process with Invisalign liner . Everyone was very nice and friendly. I recommend them 💯 %. Not just with me but with my daughter also had the best braces experience ever, she looks Gorgeous.
