I bought a Kawaii baby grand from Westchester Piano last year and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Tyler was helpful, informative, and generous with his time throughout the process. We found just the right instrument that would fit my needs as a composer and also our household's needs in terms of space and aesthetics. Tyler's team is fantastic; his piano mover is top notch, and his piano tech continues to visit for the semiannual servicing of the instrument.

My experience with purchasing my Steinway Model A was absolutely perfect. Tyler is honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave me space to make the right decision for me, but offered me guidance and feedback when i asked. iI was appropriate and helpful. He followed up with me as expected and also delivered on all of his commitments to me. Now that I have the Steinway in my home, i coild not be happier. It brings me so much joy.
