Westburn not credible I have been working with westburn Publisher for some time now. I have been creating a book series Westburn Publisher repeatedly missed the mark, they repeatedly were unprofessional and they repeatedly even missed the phone call meetings that they setup. When asked for a refund, that they offer it in their contract(full refund if not satisfied). Every time they would deflect try to keep it so conversation was not in writing and tried to make you feel guilty. I hope that this will help others not to waste their time and their work with somebody who is not respectable.
