I can't praise West 1 Health enough. From the initial booking process of my Physio sessions with Isobelle to having the sessions themselves with Vishal. Everyone was so warm and friendly and put you at ease immediately. Vishal was Amazing, kind and friendly and worked his magic on my knee (meniscus tear), making me feel heaps better in a matter of weeks.

I would definitely recommend a visit! My physiotherapist Mahin is highly experienced, and always listens closely to my concerns. My sessions there has been very productive and happy with my progress.

Really great team and amazing facilities including an in house gym and reformer Pilates studio. However a special shout out to Iona who I saw during my pregnancy, even at 37 weeks. I felt safe and comfortable throughout and she relieved multiple pregnancy symptoms I was experiencing. Thank you.

I have nothing but praises to sing for this practice and especially for Dory. Dory was my physio therapist and she was an absolute delight. She helped me with my knee and it is already so much better after three sessions! I would 100% recommend the practice and Dory to anyone who needs physio.

Sangi is the absolute best and has been instrumental in my recovery from various injuries. Without her encouragement and expertise I wouldn't be where I am today. I would definitely recommend West One Health All the staff are excellent . The physio team have great skills . The clinic is huge, they have a great gem . They have nice Pilates machines . In addition to the staff being very friendly, the physiotherapists and osteopathic team are very professional . I would highly recommend West One Health at 4 Mandville street for any muscular tension and weakness. Also for rehab after the operations. Sports massage is great. Good luck to them .
