The technician was knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong understanding of the work required. Very happy with the quick turnaround on the initial diagnostic. While the customer service was acceptable, I would have appreciated more proactive communication regarding parts availability and scheduling updates, as I had to initiate contact multiple times. I’m unclear on the hourly rate, but the initial repair was quite costly and ultimately did not resolve the problem. A more significant issue was later discovered, resulting in additional expenses that I am now responsible for.
UPDATE: To add to my previous review, Wes contacted me a couple of times and discussed the issues and they were able to get the problems resolved with no additional fees. Thank you so much for your kind service and willingness to work with me to reduce expense on my part. Very much appreciate it and will definitely call them again in the future!

Contacted Mike at Wes Heating & Cooling. I was just a little outside their normal range, but explained the situation & Mike & the team were able to help out. Got us on the schedule pretty quickly, arrived on time & completed the work they were able to do. Knowledgeable of our Geo-thermal system & greatly appreciate their support. I would recommend. We used Wes’s Heating and Cooling a few years ago, and they did such a great job that I made sure to keep their information handy in case we ever needed them again. Our air conditioner stopped working over the weekend, so we called them first thing Monday morning, and a technician showed up just a few hours later. Our air conditioner was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Everyone at the company is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!
