Good, competitive prices; very quick response times and helpful with any queries. Offers services that will keep your site running without you needing to interfere too much. A degree of knowledge about how websites work is very useful, however, with all the jargon.

Their servers are in the UK and you get some IT support as part of your package. Their helpdesk is easy to use and quick to respond.
