Judy was our wonderful realtor for the recent purchase of a home in Pebblecreek. We traveled from our home in Florida for a guest visit to Pebblecreek and saw a couple of Judy’s For Sale signs near our assigned guest home. We were drawn to Judy’s slogan “Selling by the Golden Rule” and decided to call her during our visit. Judy spent at least an hour with us over the phone and in person and provided us with a wealth of information about Pebblecreek. We decided to purchase a resale home and, over the next few weeks, Judy worked hard to find a home in Pebblecreek that would suit our needs. There were many emails, texts, video tours of homes, etc. which proved that Judy does indeed believe in her slogan! When we finally did choose a home, Judy handled all of the inspection details flawlessly ensuring that our home would be in tip top condition when we arrived. We highly recommend Judy Coventry for all of your real estate needs!

I've sold 6 homes in my adult life and Judy is the best realtor I have had to date. Judy works hard and full-time at ensuring you are comfortable throughout the entire process. She is fantastic at anticipating what you are thinking and feeling and is already working on before you ever have to ask. We had a challenging buyer and we got to experience Judy's strong negotiation skills that enabled us to close the deal. Judy reached out with little touches in-between showings that helps keep your confidence up and was quick to follow up after every showing for same-day feedback. I really couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and if I was staying in Pebblecreek, she would also become a new "friend" of mine, as her warm personality just makes you want to hang out with her. If you are looking for a realtor, include her in your interview process, and I am confident you will see how she shines above other Pebblecreek realtors.
