I purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-9 from this company and had a great experience. I needed additional features such as remote start, engine heating, and a vehicle inspection certificate, and I was very pleased that all of these were provided at no extra cost. When I later discovered that the A/C wasn’t cooling properly, the company worked with me to ensure it was fixed, and I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. I would especially like to commend the General Manager at Pembina Highway, John Medeiros, for his patience, attentiveness, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. He truly went above and beyond, and I was left with a very positive impression. Well done to you and your entire team.

After my vehicle failed to autostart when stopped at an intersection, I had it towed to my work to try and figure out why. Once it was determined that the starter motor was the issue, I called We Sell Autos and was told that I have no warranty on the vehicle, by the manager that personally handed me the warranty pamphlet and explained the one year Assurant warranty that he gave me with "Included: Alternator & Starter Motor" right on the front cover. When I explained this, I was told to "find the paperwork". Since my wife relies on the vehicle to visit our daughter who has been in the hospital for over a year, I purchased a starter and replaced it. I have since sent information to We Sell Autos regarding the warranty "ONE YEAR M/C ASSURANT" hand written on the Extended Service Contract with no response. At a minimum I should be compensated for the cost of parts and the tow that is also part of the warranty.

My experience with We Sell Auto was extremely disappointing and misleading. I specifically asked whether the vehicle had any accident or repair history and was told it did not. I also requested a Carfax report multiple times and was given repeated excuses instead of receiving it. After purchasing the vehicle, I obtained the Carfax report myself and found that the car had been involved in 4 accidents, with repair costs totaling approximately $13000 to 14000 This critical information was never disclosed. I feel misled and question the honesty of this business. I would not recommend buying from We Sell Auto without independently verifying everything yourself.

Encountering exactly what you imagine; high pressure sales scripts with built in extra costs. And the sad thing was all of these guys should have reviewed the car spec's before talking to me. However at "We Sell Autos", 550 Pembina, we encountered Korbin and his finance manager, John....who were so fantastic to deal with... we purchased our new SUV right then and there.
