Dear Alexandre, we checked our records and your end-of-tenancy cleaning was done on Monday, February 26, 2024, at 9 am. We are surprised to see your recent review (after 9 months of service completion), requesting a refund for the cleaning service that was excellently carried out to the highest cleaning standards.

You reached out to us on Feb 27, 2024 (the next day after the cleaning), stating that you did not get back your security deposit. We were confident in the quality of our cleaning service and we politely requested that you should provide us with your landlord’s contact so we understand better what went wrong, however you refused to give us your landlord’s contact because you knew the cleaning was up to standard, but instead sent us email to threaten us. We didn't hear from you for over 9 months, and suddenly, after 9 months, you left a review requesting for a refund.

The quality of our cleaning is consistently validated by the positive experiences shared by our customers, particularly with our end-of-tenancy cleaning services. As per our policy, we always take 'before and after' cleaning photos as proof of cleaning standards. We were forced to reach out to the landlord of your apartment. You didn’t get back your full security deposit due to ‘significant damages to the landlord’s property’, as the apartment was fully furnished with expensive furniture/ high-value items and what you have attached online is fabricated.

From the beginning, you have demonstrated questionable integrity by significantly misrepresenting key details, including falsely stating that your apartment was less than 100m² (when it was actually 120m² of living space with a gross floor area of 186m²), as well as providing inaccurate information regarding the number of rooms and the extent of carpeted surfaces. We don't know your motive for doing this but we hereby advise you, Mr Alexandre, to desist from questionable character. As a reputable cleaning company, we have documented all evidence and forwarded it to our legal team for appropriate action.
