No customer service infact no service We ordered a scooter in April and were promised 3-5 day delivery. It’s now 3rd May and there’s no scooter and no reply to our emails. They fob you off by trying to get you to use their ai agent. Don’t bother with this company and use Amazon instead

MY MOBILITY INSTANT FOLDING SCOOTER - BEST BUY EVER! I recently bought a MyMobility Instant Folding Lightweight Scooter from Welzo and I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase. I bought it primarily to use when travelling, and it's been exactly what I hoped for. I can walk, but not long distances and using a walking frame/rollator is tiring, pushing it along, often on cobbled streets which send vibrations up your arms resulting in painful neck and shoulders. Also I wasn't able to keep up with the tour group. The scooter has changed all that. It enables me to keep up, to go into museums, art galleries, anywhere that is accessible. I chose to get the automatic folding version, only a little more cost than the manual, and it's so worth having. I just press the fob and the scooter folds itself. Other people on the recent river cruise we took were fascinated watching this and a couple wished they had one. Once folded, the scooter was easily put in the luggage compartment of the bus and out and unfolded in seconds at the next stop. It is carried free by airlines and is lightweight enough to be easilty lifted and put in the boot of a car. I had quite a few questions for Welzo during the buying process, not least as to why their price was much more reasonable than other similar scooters I had seen online. A difference of a couple of thousand pounds in some cases. All of my questions were answered quickly by Anna at Customer Service, often within a few minutes of my emailing. How many companies do that nowadays?! My scooter arrived extremely well packed, and is sturdy and reliable with good tires and a comfortable seat. The battery length depends on how far you go and the terrain, but I found it perfectly adequate for what I wanted to do for several hours at a time. I can't say enough good things about this scooter, just wish I had bought one sooner!

After extensive research this blanket has as many LEDs as some other big brands, without the ridiculous price tag...and it really works. I spend 30 minutes on each frequency daily to get relief most of the day..it's been a God send and well worth the money!

Welzo plus From a business owner standpoint I totally get it. Expediting service especially in high volume low margin businesses can have a monetary cost. From a customer standpoint though I somewhat felt like I was begrudgingly paying for something that I have an expectation to be included in the price, but 79p was low enough for it to not be a barrier or stop using your service as overall your site is well put together, the purchase process and shop app integration is great and I enjoy getting things sooner rather than later. Just my thoughts hope they help. All the best.

Light weight and compact Bought for my dad to give him more independence. Lightweight and compact, folds up like a childs pram and easily fits into the boot of my small car. Excellent service and delivery was speedy( delivered within two weeks). Would definitely recommend.
