We’ve used Welwyn Roofbox Hire many times, and everytime has been an excellent experience.
With that being said, our most recent hire was to another level in terms of customer service, with an end of day change of plans (due to an issue with the original car to be be fitted) and so Nigel gladly obliged at the end of a day to swap over to a different vehicle, without hesitation. Without Nigel being so willing to accommodate us, our holiday plans would have been seriously impacted as we were due to travel early the following day.
A real life saver, and a truly exceptional level of customer service.

As always very helpful, and nothing is to much trouble, even brought out a larger box just to see the size difference.
So much easier to hire than to keep buying new parts everytime you replace your car.

Very efficient, accommodating to some last minute changes I requested regarding the installation, and the roof box itself came in incredibly handy on our trip through Europe! Definitely a worthwhile rental!

We were really happy with the service provided. We were given a time slot in advance so we knew when the roof box would be fitted / removed. Really handy knowing that info so we can work it around our day / holidays. Will definitely be using again in the future for our next trip away.

Amazing service: super quick quote, communicated throughout the process, fitted and removed my roof box at home. I was shown how to open and close and my new vehicle height which was essential information! Installation and removal only takes about 10 min. A great service for city dwellers who don’t have the space to store roof boxes.
I’m a repeat customer! Will be back in the summer!

Cannot recommend the team and the operation more.
Simple to use, good communication and go out of their way to make it as painless as possible for the customer.
This is the second time I've used them and perfect both times.
A brilliant option instead of spending significant money on a fitted roof box and the storage it needs.

Booked a roof box for a UK family holiday, fitment was quick and on time, and box easy to use, providing much needed extra space to take everything we needed. Removal also quick and and times suitable to our needs. Highly recommend.

I rang Nigel for advice on getting a key for my roofbox after a loss in the family and he was fantastic. Helped solve the issue with finding a replacement key and genually just nice all round about the situation. 5 stars!
