This independent paint (and more) place, is very friendly, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to advise if needed.
The best bit is that you can borrow the samples (and obviously take them back).
Meaning you are not spending money on expensive testers that are also not great for the environment!

Big shout out to Turner ad Wood Ltd and especially Simon, who was super helpful to this novice decorator who's now swiftly retired after painting just one wall! I've learnt painting isn't my strength, but choosing the prefect colour in a shop with such friendly, knowledgeable staff definitely is. Great service, great advice - highly recommend.

Wow what an amazing shop! I'm moving house and they just got me everything I needed. I just listed everything and they selected it and gave me advice on my paint, depending on where you are using it in your house. I picked two Farrow and Ball colours and they mixed it with Johnsons brand at a fraction of the price. My friend recommended this place and used the same paint, mixed into Johnsons brand in her salon and it still looked great after 20 years! 😆 They put me on as a loyalty customer and I even got more discount and a free caulking gun! Very happy customer. I'll be back to buy the other colour paints for my new home soon.

What a fab place! We were recommended to go here by our builder and we were not disappointed. One stop shop for all your paint needs. Macaulay served us and saved us so much money with his vast knowledge of paints and equipment etc. So friendly and efficient too. 10 out of 10.

The place to go to for all your decorating. needs. Great selection of paint including Paint and paper library, Little Greene, Farrow and ball etc can't recommend enough such helpful staff full of great advice!

Cannot fault this place! I walked in to their shop and didn't have a clue what I was wanting. The lads helped me pick a colour for my living room similar to what i had seen online and helped me choose the correct type for my walls.They saved me some money and even gave me a free brush! Highly recommend this little local gem! Thank you so so much ❤️

Brilliant paint shop! Can mix any colour and staff are super helpful and friendly. Was impressed they do blue light discount too! I shall be shopping there to decorate my whole house now and I'd recommend them to anyone who asks.
