The team of two who arrived for pickup were wonderful -kept us up to date on arrival time, professional and polite. However, Habitat failed to explain the potential rejection of goods, in spite of my very clear description of each item. I don’t yet know the final results, but was quite disappointed in additional charges.

The WLJ crew led by Chris did a great job handling my high rise disposal; a recliner plus a patio loveseat l. Fair price, on time, courteous and no surprises. Recomended.

Great team, great experience. We Love Junk sent the team to pick up items for my ReSupply/ReStore donation. They were timely, friendly, had great communication in terms of expected arrival timee, respectful of both the items and my home, and wildly efficient. I would definitely get We Love Junk for any of my other junk-hauling needs moving forward.

The men that removed my rugs out of my hallway were nice, professional, and did a good job of removing the carpet well done.
