I’ve been here for over a month. And it has really opened my eyes about myself and the problems I have. The staff and my therapist Michelle has helped me in so many ways that I couldn’t see in the past. Very caring and supportive environment. Therapy was beneficial toward the end of my treatment, once Michelle took over. However, staff are extremely unprofessional- therapists, techs, and case managers. They constantly spread rumors about clients, and break HIPAA daily. Additionally, the case managers are extremely incompetent. I was denied short term disability from work due to my case manager not filing the paperwork in the required time frame. The staff is fake and doesn’t actually care about your sobriety. Money is the only thing these people care about. Staff also openly talks about using alcohol/drugs, which is also extremely unprofessional. Further, I was given incorrect and deceiving information about a $26,000 bill I received from them. When I tried to reach out to billing as Marc had instructed, they told me to call him and they have no phone number only an email. Very sketchy practices here and it’s not a place for you to relax during your sobriety. Not to mention, half of the positive reviews were posted by staff and their family/friends- people who have not been patients or loved ones who were patients. Seems like they’ve also been deleting the majority of the negative reviews as well. Another incident occurred in which a client became extremely agitated and spewed homophobic comments. The staff member running the group did not do much to mitigate the situation. Client was taken out of the room 15 minutes later, when it should have been immediate. Other situations between clients were also handled unprofessionally by the staff.

I wouldn’t even think of giving it one star, this place will eventually fall apart from the inside, I experienced unprofessionalism at every corner weather it was the staff talking crap about the clients or leaving patients on there own when they clearly need 1 on 1 help, it doesn’t seem like they really care about there job and frankly the whole place seems miserable. So sorry to whoever comes here.

A loved one of mine was there recently and He had the best experience me or my family could’ve ever asked for. from the time he got there till the time Completed. The staff was amazing from the clinicians , to the medical team, and the support staff. This place is amazing. I sent a lifelong friend here who struggled with Addiction her whole life. She’s now sober and doing amazing. She couldn’t tell me enough good things about the place. I’m super grateful to all the staff that helped my friend get herself back. I would recommend to anyone!

My experience was decent. The group of people I had the opportunity to begin my journey with were amazing. The housing is luxury in my opinion. Some of the staff are really off-putting. I would definitely like to give a shout out to Laura, Norm,Stacy, Randy(my guy) Kim, Amy, Olivia, Sue(amazing in everyway) Rob and Illa. Though my stay ended on a bad note, My overall experience was delightful. I suggest better overall staff trainings due to some clients have great mental difficulties along with addiction handicaps. The gossip circles amongst staff should be addressed. I salute Ms. Claudia for her great improvement in attitude and understanding when dealing with individuals during my stay.
Dana and Marc are an acquired taste but overall decent individuals in my opinion. Finally, Lauren (tech) has a real attitude problem and comes off extremely disrespectful at times. But I will say means well. I give my experience a 3 out of 5
Wellness Recovery has been probably the best experience I’ve ever had, helping guide me in both my recovery and decision making. Everyone from Rob, Claudia, Norm, Marc, Ila, Julie, Laura, Lauren, Kim, Courtney, Amy, Dylan, Dave, Christina, Keona, Stacy, Peter, Lauren, Dana (hopefully I got everyone) have been so nice, helpful, and compassionate to be among and get advice from. They bring out and find the goodness and greatness that you have. If you’re serious about your recovery this is definitely the place to come to.
