Always worried about going to a Chiro but needed help with tight shoulders and neck. My first time seeing one and she was amazing, no pain the following day (everyone is different), worked on specifics and targeted the proper places that needed work. She also suggested I see a massage therapist before to help loosen things up a little and it was also very good.
She didn't just go in and crack this and that etc. She was very careful, precise and made me feel comfortable with her treatment. I have booked more sessions.
Professional, respectful and caring community at Wellness house. 100% recommend! I also recommend chiropractic services provided by Dr. Wise and massage therapy by Lang. *****

I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years for various injuries or issues. This was my first massage with Emmanuelle and it was a great experience. She enquired about the primary issues and focused on those throughout the treatment. Her technique - based on many different therapists - was exceptional and she uses WARMED massage oil, for which I was grateful. That and her choice of jazz music rather than the too common bubbling brook / tranquil nature “massage music”: it worked for me, anyway. I highly recommend a visit to Emmanuelle for massage therapy!
Extremely disappointed. When I arrived, no one was at the clinic. The receptionist arrived about 10 minutes later.
I completed all the intake forms with my medical history and the reason for my visit, but the therapist did not read it, nor had the receptionist, so I realized I had wasted my time. I had emphasized my sensitivity/ allergy to perfume and scents, only to find all the staff were wearing strong perfumes.
Also, when I made the appointment I asked if direct billing to Blue Croas was available, and I was informed that it is, only to learn after my treatment that I had been misinformed. Also, I asked whether the therapist was trained in maxiofacial, and I was assured it was, but my therapist did not perform this.
Finally, I needed to use the washroom, so I was handed a key, but when I went inside there wasntany light, so I had to go back and ask how can I turn on the light.
Sadly, I will not return to this clinic.
I had the pleasure of receiving a deep muscle Swedish massage today, and it was an exceptional experience. The therapist , Emmanuelle R. demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise, with a technique that was both therapeutic and restorative. Every movement felt purposeful and precise, easing tension while creating a profound sense of relaxation. I left feeling renewed, balanced, and completely refreshed. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a truly professional and effective massage.
Dr. Wise really cracked the code to great care -> I walked in feeling out of joint—literally—and walked out feeling like everything had finally aligned in my life! His chiropractic skills are spot-on with adjustments (in the best way possible), and his acupuncture treatments are on point! Highly recommend!!!
